The auditorium is a versatile venue designed to host conferences, seminars, performances, and university ceremonies. It features comfortable seating and advanced audio-visual systems. With a capacity of up to 500 participants, it is ideal for medium-sized gatherings and presentations.

AVR

The AVR at Quezon City University is a modern, air-conditioned room located in the academic building. It is equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment and is used for seminars, thesis defenses, meetings, and other events. The AVR can accommodate up to 50 participants, providing a comfortable and well-equipped environment for various academic and professional activities.

ADMIN LOBBY

The Admin Lobby at Quezon City University is located on the ground floor of the administration building. It is a spacious and welcoming area equipped with a reception desk, comfortable seating, and information displays. The lobby serves as the first point of contact for visitors and students, offering assistance with inquiries, appointments, and general information. It can accommodate up to 100 participants.

OPEN GROUNDS (popular venue)

The open grounds at Quezon City University are cemented and feature a vintage design. This expansive outdoor space is suitable for large events and recreational activities, with a maximum capacity of 2,000 participants. The well-maintained grounds offer a spacious and versatile area for the university community.

TRIANGLE

The Triangle is an open, triangular space located in front of the university gate. It includes a flag pole and serves as a prominent gathering area. The Triangle can accommodate up to 300 participants, making it a suitable spot for informal meetings, social interactions, and university ceremonies.

TECH VOC

The Tech Voc area is situated near the Triangle and houses important departments of the university. It features specialized workshops and laboratories for hands-on learning in fields such as automotive technology, electronics, and culinary arts. The Tech Voc area can accommodate up to 800 participants, supporting a wide range of technical and vocational education activities.

ACAD LOBBY

The Acad Lobby is located on the ground floor of the academic building. It is a spacious and inviting area with information desks, seating, and digital displays providing important announcements and schedules. The lobby can accommodate up to 100 participants and serves as a central hub for academic services and student support.

About Quezon City University

Quezon City University (QCU), formerly known as Quezon City Polytechnic University (QCPU), is a city government-funded university in Quezon City, Philippines. It was established on March 1, 1994, as the Quezon City Polytechnic offering technical and vocational courses. It was renamed Quezon City Polytechnic University when it was elevated into university status in 2001. By virtue of City Ordinance No. SP-2812, series of 2019, also known as the Quezon City University Charter of 2019, QCPU was rechristened as the Quezon City University to qualify as a beneficiary of Republic Act 10931, also known as the free tuition law. The University was given recognition and became a full-fledged university from the CHED in 2021.

Event Management System simplifies event registration for students, faculty, and staff alike. The registration process is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, ensuring smooth participation in various school events. Here's how it typically works: Users begin by accessing the Event Management System, either by logging in with their existing credentials or registering for a new account if they're new to the system. Once logged in, they gain access to a comprehensive list of upcoming school events. Within this list, events are categorized and detailed, providing essential information such as event name, date, time, location, and a brief description. Users navigate through these options, selecting the events they wish to participate in.

If an event is rescheduled or canceled, you will be notified via email. You can also check the event page for any updates regarding rescheduling.

Log in to your account, go to the "Request Event" section, fill out the event details, and submit for review by administrators.

Turnaround time varies; requests are reviewed by OSA, administrators, and the university president, so it's advisable to submit requests well in advance of the event date.

Certain time slots or days may be restricted for events due to university policies, holidays, or other considerations, which will be indicated within the system.
